At Flo’s Express Car Wash, we take great care in cleaning and handling every vehicle. However, certain conditions and items are beyond our control and responsibility. By using our services, customers acknowledge and agree to the following terms:What We Are Not Responsible For
Pre-existing damage or wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, cracks, paint chips, rust, fading, or other cosmetic issues.
Aftermarket, non-factory, or loose accessories, including but not limited to antennas, roof racks, bike racks, spoilers, mirrors, window visors, wiper blades, and trim pieces.
Unsecured or protruding items inside or outside the vehicle.
Mechanical issues or failures unrelated to our wash process, such as malfunctioning windows, doors, sunroofs, convertible tops, or electrical components.
Custom modifications that are not designed for conveyorized car washes.
Vehicle Requirements
Vehicles must be in good repair and suitable for conveyor car wash use.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all windows, doors, sunroofs, and convertible tops are fully closed and secure prior to entering the wash.
Truck beds must be clear of debris, cargo, or other loose items.
Liability
Flo’s Express Car Wash remains responsible for damage caused by our negligence.
This disclaimer does not waive or limit liability in cases where negligence is proven.
